My Journey

How It All Began

My passion for technology started with tinkering on the family computer, trying to make it work better. This curiosity led me to customize MySpace themes, learning code through trial and error. After successfully reviving my Xbox from the dreaded "red ring of death," I was hooked on understanding hardware just as deeply as software.

Beyond the Enterprise

Outside of my professional work, I run a comprehensive Proxmox homelab where I experiment with Active Directory implementations, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, and Docker containers. These personal projects allow me to test new concepts and push the boundaries of what's possible in controlled environments before implementing solutions at scale.

As a football coach and sports referee, I've developed a unique ability to perform under pressure and make critical decisions in high-stakes environments. These experiences translate directly to IT crisis management and leadership, where clear communication and decisive action are essential.
